Right of withdrawal

If the Customer is a consumer, they are entitled to the rights set out in Article 64 of the Consumer Code within the limits provided by this legislation, and therefore have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without explanation and without any penalty, in the manner specified below.

The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending – within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt of the products – a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt addressed to:

The communication can be anticipated – within the same term – by e-mail (to the address info@hmasport.it) provided that it is confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, within the following 48 hours.

The withdrawal communication must specify the will to withdraw from the purchase and the product or products for which the right of withdrawal is intended to be exercised, attaching a copy of the relevant invoice.

If the right of withdrawal is exercised by means of written communication, the products must be returned within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt, by delivering the products to the following address:

The right of withdrawal is, however, subject to the condition that the product is returned within the prescribed terms and conditions, complete, intact, and with its original packaging and all accessory documentation.
The shipping costs for returning the product are borne by the Customer.

If the right of withdrawal has been correctly exercised, HMA Sport will refund the Customer the entire amount already paid, within 30 (thirty) days from the receipt of the withdrawal communication.
The refunded amount will be net of product delivery costs.
